CVS has Makeup remover pads in pkgs of 25 that are only $.99 each. There is a ECB this week that if you buy packages of makeup remover 30-300 counts you earn a $2.00 ECB!! Thats FREE plus $.02 on each two you buy. You can do this deal a limit of 5 times. Great way to roll some ECB's if you need to.
